Instructors Needed for Stop the Bleed Event January 16, 2019!

17-20 Instructors Needed!  If you are not a certified Instructor YET, you can become one day of the event!  

Melissa "Missy" Anderson MBA, BSN, RN, Trauma Program Manager, Division of Pediatric Surgery of CHLA has reached out to our Chapter for a future Stop the Bleed Event.  It will be a large event with approximately 250 people in attendance.

Date:  This Wednesday, January 16, 2019

There will be 2 sessions with approximately 125 people each.

            Session 1:  8:00 AM - 9:30 AM

            Session 2:  1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

If you have not been certified as an instructor, you can visit the Stop the Bleed website to find a convenient class.    Stop the Bleed continues to empower the general public to make a difference in a life-threatening emergency by teaching them the basic techniques of bleeding control. Simple, clear action can lead to dramatic improvement in survival!
