Educational Conference: Pediatric Trauma Across the Care Continuum

Are you ready to take your pediatric trauma care skills to the next level?

We are proud to announce that The AACN Chapter at UCLA is collaborating with Children's Hospital Los Angeles Trauma Program to bring you the Pediatric Trauma Across the Care Continuum course on May 31, 2025.

Attend to learn from the best! Our board members and expert instructors bring years of specialized experience to the course, giving you the most up-to-date techniques and practices in pediatric trauma care.

The course recommended for nurses who care for pediatric patients, particularly those involved in critical care or trauma care units. The content is designed to close the identified educational gap for this group.

The course will feature modules on the following topics as they relate to pediatric trauma: Trauma assessment, shock, abdominal, head and spine, musculoskeletal, thoracic, face/neck/ eye, burns, and physical abuse.

Rotating skill stations will allow learners to apply the critical concepts learned in class and gain invaluable hand-on experience in trauma care for pediatric patients.
