Job Title: Bilingual Registered Nurse/RN

Location: Oxnard, CA 93036

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Must be available on weekends if needed)

Bilingual: Bilingual in Spanish and English Required

Dress Code: Scrubs

Responsibilities:

Mobile Outreach and Event Coordination: Execute daily mobile outreach initiatives, including vehicle preparation, supply management, and safe transportation to designated community locations and events. This involves setting up outreach stations and ensuring the availability of essential resources.

Community Engagement and Resource Navigation: Provide comprehensive information and facilitate referrals for mental health, healthcare, and social services to diverse populations, including underserved, low-income, and remote community members.

Clinical Assessment and Health Monitoring: Conduct vital sign assessments (e.g., blood pressure), perform diabetes testing, and administer injections, adhering to established clinical protocols.

Specimen Collection and Laboratory Processing: Collect and process basic laboratory specimens, ensuring accurate handling and documentation.

Electronic Health Record Management: Utilize the SmartCare electronic health record system to accurately document patient interactions, assessments, and provided services.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual).

Experience:

• Experience working in BH/Mental health
• Strong understanding of psychotropic medications.
